Restricted Subsidiary definition

Restricted Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of the Company other than an Unrestricted Subsidiary.
Restricted Subsidiary of a Person means any Subsidiary of the referent Person that is not an Unrestricted Subsidiary.
Restricted Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of the Borrower other than an Unrestricted Subsidiary.
