Remittance Period definition

Remittance Period means, (a) as to the initial Payment Date, the period beginning on, and including, the Closing Date and ending on, and including, the Determination Date immediately preceding such Payment Date and (b) as to any subsequent Payment Date, the period beginning, and including, on the first day after the most recently ended Remittance Period and ending on, and including, the Determination Date immediately preceding such Payment Date, or, with respect to the final Remittance Period, the Collection Date.
Remittance Period means, with respect to any True-Up Adjustment, the period comprised of 6 consecutive Collection Periods beginning with the Collection Period three months prior to when such True-Up Adjustment would go into effect, from the Closing Date to the first Scheduled Payment Date, and for each subsequent period between Scheduled Payment Dates.
Remittance Period. The period (inclusive) beginning on the first day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which a Remittance Date occurs and ending on the last day of such immediately preceding calendar month.

Remittance Period. For any Distribution Date, the period commencing on the second day of the month preceding the month in which the Distribution Date occurs and ending on the first day of the month in which the Distribution Date occurs.
