Relevant Countries definition

Relevant Countries is defined in Section 8.6.1.
Relevant Countries means the UK, Rest of EU, Liechtenstein and San Marino.
Relevant Countries means the countries other than those included in the European Economic Area and countries in respect of which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy finding under Article 45 of the GDPR.

  • Fees for Users registered in the UK and Relevant Countries are set out in Schedule 1 below.

More Definitions of Relevant Countries

Relevant Countries has the meaning given in clause 20(f)(i). Required Insurances has the meaning given to it in clause 11(b). Restricted Person has the meaning given in clause 26(b)(i).
Relevant Countries means the United Kingdom (once the United Kingdom has ceased to be a member state of the EU) and where the United Kingdom has not been given an adequacy finding pursuant to Article 45 of the GDPR, and all other countries that are not member of the European Union or EEA.

  • Relevant Country means, as determined by the Calculation Agent, each of:

  • Major Market Countries means the United States, Japan, England, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

  • Host Country means, with respect to an Insured Person, the country or territory the Insured Person is visiting or in which the Insured Person is living, which is not the Insured Person’s Home Country.

  • Major Market Country means each of the United States, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.

  • Host county means the county within the human service zone in which the human service zone administrative office is located and in which the human service zone team members are employed.

  • Major European Countries means France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.

  • European Clearing Systems means, collectively, Clearstream, Luxembourg and Euroclear.

  • Over-Riding Nomination Criteria means the criteria set out in clause 4.2.

  • Recognised Clearing System means any clearing system listed in Section 246A of the Taxes Act (including, but not limited to, Euroclear, Clearstream Banking AG, Clearstream Banking SA and CREST) or any other system for clearing shares which is designated for the purposes of Chapter 1A in Part 27 of the Taxes Act, by the Irish Revenue Commissioners, as a recognised clearing system.

  • Participating Countries means, collectively, all such countries.”
