Regularly Scheduled Work Week definition

Regularly Scheduled Work Week means an average number of hours worked each week during the last 28 days, working backwards from the Sunday prior to the week in which the holiday occurs. The average number of hours worked each week during this 28 day period shall be deemed to be the “regularly scheduled workweek” for purposes of computing holiday pay only.

  • Workweek means any week during which a Class Member worked for Defendant for at least one day, during the Class Period.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means routine maintenance scheduled by Orange to implement generic changes to, or updates of, the Orange Services or the Orange Network.
