Rate Class definition

Rate Class has the meaning specified in the Master Servicing Agreement.
Rate Class means each of the rate classes into which Customers are divided as of the date hereof, as such rate classes may be reconfigured from time to time.
Rate Class means a group of customers which exhibit similar use characteristics and which are grouped together for cost allocation, rate design, and billing purposes.

More Definitions of Rate Class
