Performance Year definition

Performance Year means the calendar year prior to the year in which an Annual Award is made by the Committee.
Performance Year means one of the three calendar years in the Performance Period.
Performance Year means each twelve-month period of employment under this Agreement commencing upon the date of this Agreement.

Examples of Performance Year in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any provision in the Plan to the contrary, if a Participant dies while providing service to the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate, the PRSUs shall immediately vest based on the banked amounts for those Performance Year(s) completed and vest at Target for any uncompleted Performance Year.

  • If the Grantee ceases to be employed by the Employer on account of the Grantee’s Retirement, except as otherwise provided in subsection (iv) below, the unvested Option will vest on the Vesting Date coincident with or immediately following the Termination Date (the “Retirement Vesting Date”) if the Performance Goal is achieved for the Performance Year that relates to the Retirement Vesting Date.

  • In the event of a Change in Control, the PRSUs will convert to time-based RSUs based on the greater of (i) the sum of the Target for each Performance Year or (ii) the sum of the banked amounts plus Target for uncompleted Performance Year(s).

  • For Performance Year 3, the State has proposed reweighting as illustrated in the table above to account for the impact of the public health emergency on measurement and accountability in 2020.

  • Notwithstanding any provision in the Plan to the contrary, if a Participant terminates service from the Company or any Subsidiary or Affiliate due to Disability, the PRSUs shall vest in full based on the banked amounts for those Performance Year(s) completed and vest at Target for any uncompleted Performance Year.


More Definitions of Performance Year

Performance Year or “PY” means the 12-month period beginning on January 1 of each year during the Model Performance Period, except in the case of Performance Year 2021, which began on April 1, 2021, and ended on December 31, 2021.
