Examples of Outstanding Amount in a sentence
The Creditor will indemnify the Optionor and the Optionee from and against any and all claims, damages, losses and costs arising from their representations and warranties made pursuant to Schedule “E” of this Agreement being incorrect or breached, up to the Outstanding Amount.
In the event the Indenture Trustee shall receive conflicting or inconsistent requests and indemnity from two or more groups of Holders of Notes, each representing less than 51% of the Outstanding Amount, the Indenture Trustee will take action in accordance with the request given by the Holders of Notes holding the greatest percentage of the Outstanding Amount.
The Creditor has not conveyed, transferred or assigned any portion of its interest in the Outstanding Amount or any portion of its interest in and to the Loan Agreement or GSA to any third party, and has full right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to accept the Outstanding Amount in full and final satisfaction of the amounts owing pursuant to the Loan Agreement and to complete the Loan Settlement.
No third party has any right to payment of all or any portion of the Outstanding Amount.
The Outstanding Amount represents the entire amount payable to the Creditor in connection with the Loan Agreement.
