Other Priority Claim definition

Other Priority Claim means any Claim other than an Administrative Claim or a Priority Tax Claim entitled to priority in right of payment under section 507(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.
Other Priority Claim means a Claim entitled to priority pursuant to section 507(a) of the Bankruptcy Code other than a Priority Tax Claim or an Administrative Claim.

  • To the extent any allowed Other Priority Claim is not due and owing on or before the Plan Effective Date, such Claim shall be paid in full in cash in accordance with the terms of any agreement between the Debtors (or the reorganized Debtors, as applicable) and such holder, or as may be due and payable under applicable non-bankruptcy law or in the ordinary course of business.

More Definitions of Other Priority Claim

Other Priority Claim means any Claim accorded priority in right of payment under section 507(a) of the Bankruptcy Code, other than a Priority Tax Claim, an Administrative Expense Claim, a DIP Claim, or a Professional Fee Claim.
