Ordinary Course definition

Ordinary Course means, with respect to an action taken by a Person, that such action is consistent with the past practices of the Person and is taken in the ordinary course of the normal day-to-day operations of the Person.
Ordinary Course or "ordinary course of business" means the ordinary course of business that is consistent with past practices.
