Order Schedule definition

Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.

Order Schedule means a OneStream order schedule in the form attached as Attachment A or other document containing substantially the same information, in either case executed and delivered by the parties.

Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered. 2.10 “Paid-up License” means a license which has a term beginning on the date specified in the Order Schedule and continuing perpetually. 2.11 “Services” means training or other services, if any, purchased under an Order Schedule.

Examples of Order Schedule in a sentence

• Customer may install the Software only on the applicable Customer Computer identified in the Order Schedule, provided however that in the case of a Network (Floating) License or a Named User License Customer may install the Software on Customer’s client machines within the scope of the license type acquired, as long as use of the Software is controlled by the license management program accompanying the Software and installed on the Customer Computer (license server).

• Software licensed under a particular Licensing System is strictly limited to the software identified in the applicable Licensing System attachment (sometimes referred to as a “Summary Sheet” or “Table”) attached to or incorporated into the Order Schedule or this Agreement.

• Except as required by applicable law, or as necessary for Customer to enforce or exercise its rights hereunder, Customer shall not disclose the terms of any Order Schedule or MSC’s pricing in connection with this Agreement to any third-party.

• Guarantees shall be binding on MSC only if designated as such in an offer or Order Schedule also specifying in detail MSC’s obligations arising from such guarantee.

• Customer and F5 shall enter into an Order Schedule setting forth the Silverline Services SKUs being purchased by Customer from F5.

More Definitions of Order Schedule

Order Schedule means an order schedule in the form set out in Appendix “A” of this Agreement specifying the License Scope of the Index or Indices (as applicable).

Order Schedule means the most current written quotation for the supply of Goods and/or Services.

Order Schedule means the schedule in the Agreement which itemizes and describes the Services we are willing to provide to you and any specific fees you are agreeing to pay us for such Services.

Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered. Any Order Schedule may be concluded in writing, text form or electronic form, including by PDF versions. Any Order Schedule may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which counterpart is to be considered an original. Signed copies of Order Schedules and other forms under this Agreement provided via facsimile or otherwise will be deemed binding to the same extent as original documents. „Rozpis objednávky“ označuje Rozpis objednávky MSC (nebo jakýkoliv jiný objednací dokument) odsouhlasený jak Zákazníkem, tak společností MSC, který zahrnuje tuto Smlouvu pomocí odkazu nebo jinak, a určuje mj. objednaný Software, Údržbu a/nebo Služby. Jakýkoliv Rozpis objednávky může být uzavřen v písemném, textovém formátu nebo v elektronickém formátu včetně verzí PDF. Jakýkoliv Rozpis objednávky může být vyhotoven ve více stejnopisech, přičemž každý z těchto stejnopisů bude považován za originál. Podepsané kopie Rozpisu(ů) objednávky a ostatní formuláře podle této Smlouvy poskytnuté prostřednictvím faxu nebo jinak budou považovány za závazné ve stejném rozsahu jako původní dokumenty.
