Note Rating Agency definition

Note Rating Agency means, with respect to any Outstanding Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, each statistical note rating agency selected by the Issuer to rate such Notes.

Note Rating Agency has the meaning specified in the Indenture.

• A copy of any amendment to this Agreement shall be sent to each Note Rating Agency.

Note Rating Agency means any nationally recognized rating organization selected by Chase USA to rate the Notes.
