Note Conditions definition

Note Conditions means the terms and conditions of the Relevant Notes annexed to the Relevant Notes.

Examples of Note Conditions in a sentence

• Each new Certificate to be issued pursuant to General Note Conditions 2(a) or (b) shall be available for delivery within three business days of receipt of the form of transfer or Exercise Notice (as defined in General Note Condition 5(e)) and surrender of the Certificate for exchange.

• Such interest will be payable in respect of each Interest Period (which expression shall, in these Ordinary Note Conditions, mean the period from (and including) an Interest Payment Date (or the Interest Commencement Date) to (but excluding) the next (or first) Interest Payment Date).

• Step Up Fixed Rate Note Conditions (General Note Condition 7(e)): Not Applicable.

• In relation to General Note Conditions 8, 11 and 19, references to "Issuer" shall be to CS or CSi, as the case may be, (as specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement).

• The Issuer will promptly give notice to Noteholders of each Series in accordance with Condition 13 of the Ordinary Note Conditions if an Exchange Event occurs.

More Definitions of Note Conditions

Note Conditions means, in relation to the Notes, the terms and conditions of the Notes, in the form or substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Note Conditions) of the Note Trust Deed, as any of the same may from time to time be modified in accordance with the Note Trust Deed and modified by the provisions of the Notes and any reference in the Transaction Documents to a particular numbered Note Conditions shall be construed accordingly;

Note Conditions means the Original PPN Conditions, the Conditions, the Further PPN Conditions, the Substitute PPN Conditions and the Replacement PPN Conditions.

Note Conditions has the same meaning as in the Note Trust Deed.
