  • Pursuant to Article 1.8.3.4 of this Agreement, NYPA must provide primary frequency response consistent with Articles 1.8.3, 1.8.3.1, 1.8.3.2, and 1.8.3.3 of this Agreement when its operating range is between: Minimum State of Charge: 10%; and Maximum State of Charge: 90%.
