The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Nineteen Thousand, One Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars and Eighty-One Cents ($19,182.81).
So long as the Manager continues to provide the Services (whether or not the Manager has been terminated as Manager) during the Disentanglement Period, the Manager shall continue to be paid the Management Fee.
