Loss information definition

Loss information means the aggregate claims experience of the group insurance policy or contract. "Loss information" includes the amount of premium received, the amount of claims paid and the loss ratio. "Loss information" does not include any information or data pertaining to the medical diagnosis, treatment or health status that identifies an individual covered under the group contract or policy.[PL 1995, c. 71, §2 (NEW).]
Loss information means the following items: the name of the insured, the date of the loss, the date the claim was received by the insurer, a description of the loss, any amount paid by the insurer on account of the loss, any amount reserved for the loss and whether the claim is open or closed. [PL 1989, c. 696, §2 (NEW).]
Loss information means information on open, closed and potential Claims, including date, description, and payment amounts, if any.

  • The Insurer will provide Loss Information to the Company within ten (10) days of the Company's request or, if required by statute, at the same time as any notice of cancellation or nonrenewal of this Policy.

  • Confidential Business Information means any internal, non-public information (other than Trade Secrets already addressed above) concerning the Employer’s financial position and results of operations (including revenues, assets, net income, etc.); annual and long-range business plans; product or service plans; marketing plans and methods; training, educational and administrative manuals; customer and supplier information and purchase histories; and employee lists. The provisions of Sections 6 and 7 shall also apply to protect Trade Secrets and Confidential Business Information of third parties provided to the Employer under an obligation of secrecy.

  • Program Information is defined in Section 13.8(a)(i).

  • State Confidential Information means any and all State Records not subject to disclosure under CORA. State Confidential Information shall include, but is not limited to, PII, PHI, PCI, Tax Information, CJI, and State personnel records not subject to disclosure under CORA. State Confidential Information shall not include information or data concerning individuals that is not deemed confidential but nevertheless belongs to the State, which has been communicated, furnished, or disclosed by the State to Contractor which (i) is subject to disclosure pursuant to CORA; (ii) is already known to Contractor without restrictions at the time of its disclosure to Contractor; (iii) is or subsequently becomes publicly available without breach of any obligation owed by Contractor to the State; (iv) is disclosed to Contractor, without confidentiality obligations, by a third party who has the right to disclose such information; or (v) was independently developed without reliance on any State Confidential Information.

  • Market Information means an electronic document (also available in paper form upon request) located on the Trading Platform which sets out the commercial details for each Market, including but not limited to: Margin Factors, the minimum and maximum Quantity and Our Spread. In the event you elect to use a third party hosting or trading application (for example, MetaTrader), information specific to such third party hosting or trading application located on the Website shall supplement the Market Information; however, to the extent there are any inconsistencies the Market Information will prevail. Note that certain components of Market Information may not be available via a mobile application and must be accessed via desktop.

  • Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.

  • Third Party Information means confidential or proprietary information subject to a duty on the Company’s and its affiliates’ part to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes.

  • Exempt Information means any information or class of information (including but not limited to any document, report, Agreement or other material containing information) relating to this Agreement or otherwise relating to the Provider, which potentially falls within an exemption to FOIA (as set out therein);

  • Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.
