However, if required by applicable provisions of the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133 (Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations), following the expiration of this Contract the Contractor shall arrange for a financial and compliance audit of funds provided by the Board pursuant to this Contract.
If Contractor expends more than $750,000 in federal funds during the term of this Contract, Contractor shall arrange for an audit to be performed, within one hundred fifty (150) days of the end of Contractor’s fiscal year and in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200, Subpart F, “Audit Requirements of States, Local Governments, and Non- Profit Organizations,” which is incorporated herein by reference.
Such audit is to be conducted by an independent public or certified public accountant and performed in accordance with industry best practice and applicable provisions of the Office of Management and Budget Circulars A-133 (Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations).
