Bargaining Unit means the unit of Employees as described on the Labour Relations Board Certificate.
Appropriate bargaining unit means the unit designated by the Employment Relations Board
Collective Bargaining Agreement means any written or oral agreement, memorandum of understanding or other contractual obligation between the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and any labor organization or other authorized employee representative representing Service Providers.
Collective Bargaining Agreements shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.05.
Bargaining Unit Seniority is defined as the length of continuous service within the bargaining unit since the last date of entry into the bargaining unit.

Local Union means a bargaining unit representing employees at an institution that has ratified a Collective Agreement that includes this Common Agreement.
Local Labour means skilled, semi-skilled workers of all trades engaged by the Contractor on the Site for the purpose of or in connection with the Contract or engaged full time by the Contractor off the site for the Purpose of or in connection with the Contract (by way of illustration but not limitation: workers engaged full time in any office, store, workshop or quarry).
Union means The Australian Workers' Union of Employees, Queensland.
Dwelling unit means a single unit providing complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation.

Training Agreement means an agreement registered under the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1985.
Drilling unit means the area fixed for the drilling of one well by order or rule of any state or federal body having authority. If a Drilling Unit is not fixed by any such rule or order, a Drilling Unit shall be the drilling unit as established by the pattern of drilling in the Contract Area unless fixed by express agreement of the Drilling Parties.
Union Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12(a).
Similar contract means Motor Vehicle.
Housing Unit is either a Presold Unit, a Spec Unit or a Model Unit.
Contracting unit means a municipality or any board, commission, committee, authority or agency, and which has administrative jurisdiction over any district other than a school district, project, or facility, included or operating in whole or in part, within the territorial boundaries of any county or municipality which exercise functions which are appropriate for the exercise by one or more units of local government, and which has statutory power to make purchases and enter into contracts or agreements for the performance of any work or the furnishing or hiring of any materials or supplies usually required, the costs or contract price of which is to be paid with or out of public funds.
