Licence Fee definition

Licence Fee. : means the fee prescribed by the JCRA under Article 17 of the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law and payable by the Licensee;
Licence Fee means the Licence Fee as set out in the Term Sheet;
Licence Fee means the licence fee specified in Item 7 of Schedule 1.

Examples of Licence Fee in a sentence

  • The Licence Fee is to be paid no later than the next banking day after the date of the Booking Confirmation, and the time for such payment shall be of the essence.

  • If this Agreement is terminated under this Clause 10, the Licence Fee will be refunded to the Licensee in accordance with Clause 11.1(d).

  • The Licensee must pay the Licence Fee to UNSW in accordance with this clause 4 and the Licence Details.

  • Where the Club provides for a deposit to be paid in the Booking Confirmation, the deposit will be credited against the Licence Fee.

Licence Fee has the meaning given to it in Clause 3;
