Letter of Quiet Enjoyment definition

Letter of Quiet Enjoyment means the letter of quiet enjoyment entered into or to be entered into between the Charterer, the Borrower and the Security Agent in the agreed form.
Letter of Quiet Enjoyment means a letter addressed or to be addressed by the Security Trustee to the Time Charterer in agreed form (and acknowledged or to be acknowledged by the Borrower and the Time Charterer);
Letter of Quiet Enjoyment means, in respect of a Vessel, a letter of quiet enjoyment entered or to be entered into between the Agent, the relevant charterer and the relevant Borrower in respect of that charterer’s quiet enjoyment of that Vessel under the relevant charterparty, in form and substance satisfactory to the Lenders.
