Examples of Leases in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, if LICENSOR or an affiliate of LICENSOR exercises its right to maintain operations as set forth in the Short-Term Spectrum Manager Lease Agreement (as defined in the SPA) or the Short-Term Spectrum Manager Sublease Agreement (DE Spectrum) (as defined in the SPA and together with the Short-Term Spectrum Manager Lease Agreement, the “Spectrum Manager Leases”), then the provisions set forth in the Spectrum Manager Leases shall apply as applicable.
The Existing Leases are hereby amended for a new, initial fifteen (15) year term commencing on the Effective Date (such Existing Leases are referred to individually as an “Existing Lease Extension” and collectively as the “Existing Lease Extensions”).
