Leases definition

Leases means any and all leases, subleases, tenancies, options, concession agreements, rental agreements, occupancy agreements, franchise agreements, access agreements and any other agreements (including all amendments, extensions, replacements, renewals, modifications and/or guarantees thereof), whether or not of record and whether now in existence or hereafter entered into, affecting the use or occupancy of all or any portion of any Real Property.
Leases means all present and future leases, subleases, licenses, concessions or grants or other possessory interests now or hereafter in force, whether oral or written, covering or affecting the Mortgaged Property, or any portion of the Mortgaged Property (including proprietary leases or occupancy agreements if Borrower is a cooperative housing corporation), and all modifications, extensions or renewals.
Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(b).

Examples of Leases in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything contained herein, if LICENSOR or an affiliate of LICENSOR exercises its right to maintain operations as set forth in the Short-Term Spectrum Manager Lease Agreement (as defined in the SPA) or the Short-Term Spectrum Manager Sublease Agreement (DE Spectrum) (as defined in the SPA and together with the Short-Term Spectrum Manager Lease Agreement, the “Spectrum Manager Leases”), then the provisions set forth in the Spectrum Manager Leases shall apply as applicable.

  • The Existing Leases are hereby amended for a new, initial fifteen (15) year term commencing on the Effective Date (such Existing Leases are referred to individually as an “Existing Lease Extension” and collectively as the “Existing Lease Extensions”).
