LC Outstandings definition

LC Outstandings means, on any date of determination, the sum of (i) the undrawn stated amounts of all Letters of Credit that are outstanding on such date plus (ii) the aggregate principal amount of all unpaid reimbursement obligations of the Borrower on such date with respect to payments made by any LC Issuing Bank under any Letter of Credit (excluding reimbursement obligations that have been repaid with the proceeds of any Borrowing). The LC Outstandings with respect to any Lender at any time shall be its Commitment Percentage of the total LC Outstandings at such time.
LC Outstandings means, on any date of determination, the sum of the undrawn stated amounts of all Letters of Credit that are outstanding on such date plus the aggregate principal amount of all unpaid reimbursement obligations of the Borrower on such date with respect to payments made by the LC Issuing Banks under Letters of Credit. The LC Outstandings with respect to any Lender shall equal such Lender’s Percentage of the sum in the immediately preceding sentence.
LC Outstandings means, at any time, the sum, without duplication, of (i) the aggregate Stated Amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit and (ii) the aggregate amount of all Unpaid Drawings with respect to Letters of Credit.

  • The Borrower, and to the extent provided by any Defaulting Lender, such Defaulting Lender, hereby grants to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of each LC Issuing Bank and the Swingline Lender, and agrees to maintain, a first priority security interest in all such Cash Collateral as security for the Defaulting Lender’s obligation to fund participations in respect of LC Outstandings and Swingline Advances, to be applied pursuant to subsection (ii) below.

A Lender’s “LC Outstandings” shall mean such Lender’s participation interest in undrawn Letters of Credit and its Percentage of all unpaid reimbursement obligations in respect of the Letters of Credit.
