Issuer Order definition

Issuer Order and “Issuer Request” means a written order or request of the Issuer signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.

Issuer Order means a written statement, request or order of the Issuer signed in its name by the chairman of the Board of Directors, the president or any vice president of the Issuer.
Issuer Order or “Issuer Request” means a written order or request signed in the name of the Company by (i) either its Chief Executive Officer, its President or one of its Vice Presidents, and (ii) either its Corporate Secretary or one of its Assistant Corporate Secretaries or its Treasurer or one of its Assistant Treasurers, and delivered to the Purchase Contract Agent.
