Examples of Issuer Order in a sentence
All canceled Notes may be held or disposed of by the Indenture Trustee in accordance with its standard retention or disposal policy as in effect at the time unless the Issuer shall direct by an Issuer Order that they be destroyed or returned to it; provided, that such Issuer Order is timely and the Notes have not been previously disposed of by the Indenture Trustee.
The Trustee shall be fully protected in relying upon any Issuer Order or Issuer Request relating to investments and disbursements with respect to any Fund established by this Trust Indenture, and shall not be liable for any losses or for interest on the Obligations becoming includable in gross income for federal income tax purposes as a result of complying with any such Issuer Order or Issuer Request, and shall not be required to ascertain any facts with respect to any such Order or Request.
The Indenture permits, with certain exceptions as therein provided, the amendment thereof and the modification of the rights and obligations of the Issuer and the rights of the Holders of the Notes under the Indenture at any time by the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, when authorized by an Issuer Order, with prior notice to the Rating Agencies and with the consent of the Holders of a majority of the Outstanding Amount of the Notes, voting as a single class.
