Investment Proceeds definition

Investment Proceeds means, with respect to any Determination Date, all interest and other investment earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) on funds on deposit in the Series 1996-2 Accounts, together with an amount equal to the Series 1996-2 Allocation Percentage of the interest and other investment earnings on funds held in the Collection Account credited as of such date to the Collection Account pursuant to Section 4.02 of the Agreement.

Investment Proceeds means any amounts actually or constructively received from investing Proceeds of the Bonds.

Investment Proceeds means any amounts actually or constructively received from investing Proceeds of an issue in Investment Property.

Examples of Investment Proceeds in a sentence

• On each Transfer Date, the Trustee, acting at the Servicer's direction given on or before such Transfer Date, shall transfer from the Interest Funding Account to the Finance Charge Account the Interest Funding Investment Proceeds on deposit in the Interest Funding Account for application as Class A Available Funds applied pursuant to subsection 4.09(a)(i).

More Definitions of Investment Proceeds

Investment Proceeds means any net proceeds received upon any disposal, realisation or redemption of a Permitted Investment, but excluding any Investment Income.
