Investment Advisor definition

Investment Advisor means, in relation to a Portfolio, the investment manager or investment advisor of the Portfolio.
Investment Advisor means any person or entity who is an Authorized Person to give Instructions with respect to the investment and reinvestment of the Fund's Investments.
