Interest Charges definition

Interest Charges means, for any period, the sum of: (a) all interest, charges and related expenses payable with respect to that fiscal period to a lender in connection with borrowed money or the deferred purchase price of assets that are treated as interest in accordance with GAAP, plus (b) the portion of Capitalized Lease Obligations with respect to that fiscal period that should be treated as interest in accordance with GAAP, plus (c) all charges paid or payable (without duplication) during that period with respect to any Hedging Agreements.
Interest Charges means, with reference to any period, the sum of all interest charges (including imputed interest charges with respect to capitalized lease obligations, all amortization of debt discount and expense) of the Company and its Subsidiaries for such period determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
Interest Charges for any period means all interest and all amortization of debt discount and expense on any particular Indebtedness for which such calculations are being made.

Interest Charges means, for the applicable fiscal period, the sum (without duplication) of (A) all interest, premium payments, debt discount, fees, charges and related expenses in connection with borrowed money (including capitalized interest) or in connection with the deferred consideration of assets, in each case to the extent treated as interest in accordance with GAAP and (B) the portion of rent expense with respect to such period under capitalized leases that is treated as interest in accordance with GAAP.
