Intercompany Transactions definition

Intercompany Transactions means the intercompany transactions described in the Confidential Information Memorandum dated March 15, 2016.
Intercompany Transactions means the intercompany transactions described under “Summary—Corporate Structure” in the Offering Memorandum.

More Definitions of Intercompany Transactions

Intercompany Transactions means the intercompany transactions described in the Confidential Information Memorandum dated March 15, 2016. “Intercreditor Agreement” means an intercreditor agreement dated as of the Closing Date, among the Loan Parties, the Collateral Agent, thecollateral agent in respect of the Senior Secured Notes and the Parent Credit Facilities Collateral Agent, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to theCollateral Agent and the Borrower.
