Highly Compensated Employees definition

Highly Compensated Employees means the highest paid one percent of employees of the Company together with all corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other entities controlling, controlled by, or under common control with, the Company.

Highly Compensated Employees means all employees of the Bank who are designated as Highly Compensated Employees by the Administrative Committee. A person designated as a Highly Compensated Employee shall remain so until such designation is revoked by the Administrative Committee, in its sole discretion.
