Group I Senior definition

Group I Senior. Percentage: Initially, 95.50%. On any Distribution Date, the lesser of (i) 100% and (ii) the percentage (carried to six places rounded up) obtained by dividing the aggregate Current Principal Amount of the Group I Senior Certificates immediately preceding such Distribution Date by the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the beginning of the related Due Period.
Group I Senior. Principal Distribution Amount shall be distributed as follows: (A) first, to the Class R Certificates, until the Certificate Principal Balance thereof has been reduced to zero and (B) second, any remaining amount to the Class CB-I Certificates, until the Certificate Principal Balance thereof has been reduced to zero;
