The Grantee understands that the Grantee may have the right under applicable law to (i) access or copy the Grantee’s Data that the Company possesses, (ii) rectify incorrect Data concerning the Grantee, (iii) delete the Grantee’s Data, (iv) restrict processing of the Grantee’s Data, or (v) lodge complaints with the competent supervisory authorities in the Grantee’s country of residence.
