Government Contracts definition

Government Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.09(a)(viii).
Government Contracts means all contracts with the United States government or any other Governmental Authority or any agency of any of the foregoing, and all amendments, modifications and supplements thereto.

More Definitions of Government Contracts

Government Contracts means any agreement, commitment, undertaking, or arrangement of any kind with a government agency, government prime contractor, government grant recipient, or higher-tier government subcontractor to which Company is a party as of the date of this Agreement.
