In this Agreement, Data Protections Laws means any data protection or privacy laws and regulations, as amended or replaced from time to time, such as (i) the Data Protection Act 2018 and (ii) the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (GDPR) or the UK GDPR and any applicable implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation, and (iii) any successor legislation to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the GDPR.
