Form F-1 definition

Form F-1 means such form under the Securities Act as in effect on the date hereof or any successor registration form under the Securities Act subsequently adopted by the SEC.

• In the event the Company files a Shelf on Form F-1, the Company shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts to convert the Form F-1 to a Form F-3 as soon as practicable after the Company is eligible to use Form F-3.
