Fixed Rate Loan definition

Fixed Rate Loan means a Competitive Loan bearing interest at a Fixed Rate.
Fixed Rate Loan means any Competitive Loan bearing interest at a fixed percentage rate per annum (expressed in the form of a decimal to no more than four decimal places) specified by the Lender making such Loan in its Competitive Bid.
Fixed Rate Loan any Competitive Loan bearing interest at a fixed percentage rate per annum specified by the Lender making such Loan in its Competitive Bid.

  • Determination of amounts payable under such Sections in connection with a Fixed Rate Loan shall be calculated as though each Lender funded its Fixed Rate Loan through the purchase of a deposit of the type, currency and maturity corresponding to the deposit used as a reference in determining the applicable fixed rate of interest with respect to such Loan, whether in fact that is the case or not.
