Final Survey definition

Final Survey means an ALTA/ACSM Survey showing (i) the location of the Boundaries, (ii) the location of all Exceptions which pursuant to their terms are plottable, (iii) the boundaries of any Prohibited Area and (iv) the location of all Improvements on the Owned Real Property located within five (5) feet of the Boundaries, an Exception or the boundary of any Prohibited Area. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Final Survey shall include aerial photography onto which the ALTA/ACSM Survey of the Owned Real Property shall be mapped, which shall, among other things: (a) locate all Improvements visible from the air, (b) show all points of access from major public streets and dedicated easement areas to the extent locatable, (c) show the location of regular and handicapped parking spaces and (d) contain a modified ALTA/ACSM Standards certification in accordance herewith.
Final Survey has the meaning given to it in Clause 41.2 (Final Survey);
Final Survey means the survey of the Subject Lot to be conducted by KMIC after the construction completion of Zone A.

More Definitions of Final Survey

Final Survey shall bear the meaning ascribed to it in clause 37.3;
Final Survey. Defined pursuant to paragraph (g) of Section 6 hereof.
Final Survey means the survey provided for in Section 4.03(d) hereof.
Final Survey means a final survey, certified (by a land surveyor registered as such in the State) to Lender, and its successors and assigns, and the Title Company, which survey shall comply with Lxxxxx’s survey requirements and shall otherwise be acceptable to Lender and the Title Company and show the as‑built location of the completed Improvements (all of which shall be within lot lines of the Land and in compliance with all set‑back requirements) and all easements appurtenant thereto.

Related to Final Survey

  • Existing Survey means the existing ALTA survey of the Property.

  • Title Commitment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Record of survey map means a map of a survey of land prepared in accordance with Section 10-9a-603, 17-23-17, 17-27a-603, or 57-8-13.

  • Title Report has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(b).

  • Survey means a survey of the Property prepared by a surveyor licensed in the State and satisfactory to Lender and the company or companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy, and containing a certification of such surveyor satisfactory to Lender.

  • Land surveyor means the land surveyor appointed by the Seller, to act as such from time to time in respect of the Development or a member of a firm so appointed.

  • Preliminary Title Report A report issued by a title insurance company in anticipation of issuing a Title Insurance policy which evidences existing liens and gives a preliminary opinion as to the absence of any encumbrance on title to a Mortgaged Property, except liens to be removed on or before purchase or refinance, as the case may be, by the Borrower and Permitted Encumbrances.

  • Final Statement means the statement defined in Sub-Clause 14.11 [Application for Final Payment Certificate].

  • Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).

  • Sanitary survey means an onsite review of the water source, facilities, equipment, operation and maintenance of a public water system for the purposes of evaluating the adequacy of such source, facilities, equipment, operation and maintenance for producing and distributing safe drinking water.

  • Title Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9.

  • Estimated Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Title Review Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

  • Final Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Objections Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 1.02(d).

  • Preliminary Closing Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).

  • Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.

  • Draft Closing Statement means a draft closing statement, prepared by Seller, as of the close of business of the third (3rd) business day preceding the Closing Date setting forth an estimated calculation of both the Purchase Price and the Estimated Payment Amount.

  • Title IX means 20 U.S.C. §§ 1681-1688 and the implementing regulations.

  • Architect/Engineer or “A/E” means the Person identified in the Agreement responsible for providing professional design services and construction contract administration for the Project. The A/E shall be (1) a registered architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, (2) a landscape architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Landscape Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, or (3) a professional engineer or professional surveyor holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Engineers and Surveyors Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4733. As used in the Agreement, the term A/E may include a criteria architect or engineer for a Design-Build project.

  • Phase I assessment as described in, and meeting the criteria of, (i) Chapter 5 of the FNMA Multifamily Guide or any successor provisions covering the same subject matter in the case of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is multifamily property or (ii) the American Society for Testing and Materials in the case of Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is not multifamily property.

  • Quantity Surveyor means the quantity surveyor appointed by the Seller for the purposes of the Development;

  • Post-Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(c).

  • Title Policy shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Landlord’s Statement An instrument containing a computation of any Additional Rent due pursuant to the provisions of this Article 5.

  • Final Subdivision Map means a final tract map, parcel map, lot line adjustment, or functionally equivalent map or instrument that creates building sites, recorded in the County Office of the Recorder.
