Fee Schedule definition

Fee Schedule has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.1 hereof.

Fee Schedule means the schedule of fees published by MaplesFS and in effect from time to time for the provision of registered office facilities and related services which may be varied in accordance with the Variation provision of these Terms. If the Allowed Amount is based on a Fee Schedule, a change to the Fee Schedule may result in higher Member Cost Share.
