FCC License definition

FCC License means a License issued or granted by the FCC.
FCC License any community antenna relay service, broadcast auxiliary license, earth station registration, business radio, microwave or special safety radio service license issued by the FCC pursuant to the Communications Act of 1934, as amended.
FCC License means any radio or television broadcast service license, community antenna relay service license, broadcast auxiliary license, earth station registration, business radio, microwave, special safety radio service license or other license, permit, authorization or certificate issued by the FCC pursuant to the Communications Act.

  • Each such FCC License is in full force and effect and such FCC Licenses are not subject to any material restriction or material conditions that limit the operation of the businesses of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, other than restrictions or conditions generally applicable to licenses of that type.

  • If Customer is operating in compliance with this Agreement and is current on any payments owed to Sensus, when the FCC License renews, the Parties will apply to the FCC to renew this Lease.

FCC License means any paging, mobile telephone, specialized mobile radio, microwave, personal communications services or other license, permit, consent, certificate of compliance, franchise, approval, waiver or authorization granted or issued by the FCC, including authorizing or permitting the acquisition, construction or operation of any Wireless Communications System.
FCC License means any permit, license, authorization, certification, plan, directive, consent order or consent decree of or from the FCC, in each case, in connection with the operation of the business of the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries, all renewals and extensions thereof, and all applications filed with the FCC for which the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries is an applicant.
