Executives definition

Executives has the meaning set forth in Section 12.2(a).

Executives means any individual who is, was, or has agreed to become a director and/or officer of the Corporation and/or an Affiliate.

• The conclusion of payment for engaging in Prohibited Activity shall apply, even if Executive's noncompetition restriction does not extend beyond Executive's Employment Term.
