Entry Date definition

Entry Date means the Effective Date of the Plan and each January 1 and July 1 of each Plan Year after the Effective Date.
Entry Date means the first day of each calendar month.

  • If those requirements are not met, we shall use reasonable efforts to debit or credit the Receiver’s account, as applicable, in the amount of such Entry no later than the next business day following such Effective Entry Date.

  • Except as otherwise provided in Section 11 – Rejection of Entries, with respect to rejected Entries, in the case of an Entry received for credit or debit to an account maintained by the Bank (an “On-Us Entry”), we will credit or debit the Receiver’s account, as applicable, in the amount of such Entry on the Effective Entry Date contained in such Entry, provided the requirements set forth in Section 6 -- Transmittal of Entries by Third Party Sender -- are otherwise met.
