Examples of End Date in a sentence
DLCD’s obligation to disburse Grant Funds under this Agreement ends 60 days after the earlier of termination of this Agreement or the Project End Date.
The Project shall be conducted during the period of (Start Date and End Date) and will be subject to renewal only by mutual agreement of the Parties.
The Grantee shall maintain records of the receipt and expenditure of all funds subject to this Agreement for a period of six (6) years after the Project End Date, or for such longer period as may be required by applicable law or until the conclusion of any audit, controversy or litigation arising out of or related to this Agreement, whichever date is later.
Grantee agrees to implement the Project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and complete the Project no later than the Project End Date.
Grant Funds under this Agreement are available for eligible costs as defined in Sections 4 and 6 incurred beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the earlier of the termination of this Agreement or the Project End Date provided in Attachment A.
