Documentary materials means written or documentary information contained in published materials, manuscript collections, archival materials, photographs, sound recordings, motion pictures, and other written, visual, and aural materials, except government records.

Documentary materials means all books, records, information, files, data and plans (whether written, electronic or in any other medium), advertising and promotional materials and similar items of the Selling Entities as of the Closing (except as otherwise described in Section 2.2), primarily related to the Purchased Assets (collectively, the “Documentary Materials”).
