Distribution Network definition

Distribution Network means a 'distribution network' as defined in Special Condition E2A of the Transporter's Licence held by each DN Operator;
Distribution Network or “Network” means:

  • To the extent that a Connection Charge is payable according to the applicable municipal tariff, the Customer shall not be entitled to connect to the Distribution Network without paying the Connection Charge.

  • The Customer acknowledges and agrees that nothing in this Contract shall be construed so as to impose on the Municipality any guarantee, commitment or undertaking of or as to the availability, reliability or any other condition of the Distribution Network at any time.

Distribution Network means the Municipality's network infrastructure consisting of assets operated at a nominal voltage below 132 kV.
