Direct Claim definition

Direct Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 8.05(c).
Direct Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 9.05(b).
Direct Claim means any claim by an Indemnitee on account of an Indemnifiable Loss which does not result from a Third Party Claim.
