Development District definition

Development District means Municipal Development District No. 4 in the City, which is described in the corresponding Development Program.
Development District means the City’s Development District No. 1.
Development District means a specific area within the corporate limits of any municipality which has been so designated and separately numbered by the legislative body of said municipality acting under this chapter.

Development District means the real property located within the boundaries of the Development District No. 1.
