The Seller agrees to sell and Deliver to the Buyer on each Option Delivery Date and the Buyer agrees to purchase and accept from the Seller such Option AEAs as the Buyer has agreed to purchase pursuant to section 2.3.
Lessor shall begin the Work by delivering the Equipment no later than the Delivery Date set forth in the applicable Equipment Schedule.
