Delivery Date definition

Delivery Date means the date or dates specified in the Purchase Order by which the Supplier is required to deliver the Work.

Delivery Date means the latest possible date by which the Goods shall be delivered by the Contractor to the IITK, as specified in the ‘DELIVERY DATE’ named field of the IITK Purchase Order;
