Delaware Code means the Delaware General Corporation Law, as amended.

"ILD Financial Statements" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5 of the Agreement. "ILD Intellectual Property" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.10 of this Agreement. "ILD Losses" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1. "Intellectual Property" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.8 of this Agreement. "Interlink" shall mean Interlink Telecommunications, Inc., a Georgia corporation.
