Daily Maximum Limit means the maximum allowable discharge of a pollutant during a calendar day. Expressed as units of mass, the daily discharge is cumulative mass discharged over the course of the day. Expressed as a concentration, it is the arithmetic average of all measurements taken that day.
Maximum Limit means that number of issued Shares representing 10% of the total number of issued Shares as at the date of the passing of this Resolution (excluding any Shares which are held as treasury shares as at that date); and
Daily Maximum discharge limitation means the highest allowable “daily discharge” during the calendar month.
Maximum Daily Limit means the maximum allowable "Daily Concentration" (defined above) when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l), otherwise, it means the maximum allowable "Daily Quantity" as defined above, unless it is expressed as a flow quantity. If expressed as a flow quantity it means "Maximum Daily Flow" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.
Total maximum daily load or "TMDL" means the sum of the individual wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations (LAs) for nonpoint sources, natural background loading and a margin of safety. TMDLs can be expressed in terms of either mass per time, toxicity, or other appropriate measure. The TMDL process provides for point versus nonpoint source trade-offs.
Daily bag limit as used in s. NR 19.275, means the maximum number of a turtle species or group of turtle species which may be taken by a person each day.
Daily Maximum Cash Amount means, with respect to the conversion of any Note, the quotient obtained by dividing (A) the Specified Dollar Amount applicable to such conversion by (B) forty (40).
Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.
Positive beam limitation means the automatic or semi-automatic adjustment of an x-ray beam to the size of the selected image receptor, whereby exposures cannot be made without such adjustment.
Aggregate Maximum Credit Amounts at any time shall equal the sum of the Maximum Credit Amounts, as the same may be reduced or terminated pursuant to Section 2.06.
Maximum Undrawn Amount means with respect to any outstanding Letter of Credit, the amount of such Letter of Credit that is or may become available to be drawn, including all automatic increases provided for in such Letter of Credit, whether or not any such automatic increase has become effective.
Bag limit means the maximum number of game animals, game
Maximum mass means the maximum mass stated by the vehicle manufacturer to be technically permissible (this mass may be higher than the "permissible maximum mass" laid down by the national administration).
Maximum Daily Starts means the maximum number of times that a generating unit can be started in an Operating Day under normal operating conditions.
Aggregate Limit shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.1 hereof.
Maximum Credit means, at any time, (a) the lesser of (i) the Revolving Credit Commitments in effect at such time and (ii) the Borrowing Base at such time minus (b) the aggregate amount of any Availability Reserve in effect at such time.
Maximum Credit Amount means, as to each Lender, the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Annex I under the caption “Maximum Credit Amounts”, as the same may be (a) reduced or terminated from time to time in connection with a reduction or termination of the Aggregate Maximum Credit Amounts pursuant to Section 2.06(b) or (b) modified from time to time pursuant to any assignment permitted by Section 12.04(b).
Maximum Lawful Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.
Maximum Available Amount means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to the lesser of:

Maximum Availability has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.
Minimum Exercise Amount means the Minimum Exercise Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Adjusted Maximum Amount means, with respect to a ----------------------- Guarantor as of any date of determination, the maximum aggregate amount of the obligations of such Guarantor under this Guaranty, determined as of such date in accordance with this Section 13.01; provided that, solely for purposes of -------- calculating the "Adjusted Maximum Amount" with respect to any Guarantor for purposes of this Section 13.01(b), any assets or liabilities of such Guarantor arising by virtue of any rights to subrogation, reimbursement or indemnification or any rights to or obligations of contribution hereunder shall not be considered as assets or liabilities of such Guarantor. "Aggregate Payments" ------------------ means, with respect to a Guarantor as of any date of determination, an amount equal to (i) the aggregate amount of all payments and distributions made on or before such date by such Guarantor in respect of this Guaranty (including, without limitation, in respect of this Section 13.01(b)) minus (ii) the ----- aggregate amount of all payments received on or before such date by such Guarantor from the other Guarantors as contributions under this Section 13.01(b). The amounts payable as contributions hereunder shall be determined as of the date on which the related payment or distribution is made by the applicable Funding Guarantor. The allocation among Guarantors of their obligations as set forth in this Section 13.01(b) shall not be construed in any way to limit the liability of any Guarantor hereunder.
Applicable Share Limit means a number of Shares equal to (A) the minimum number of Shares that could give rise to reporting or registration obligations or other requirements (including obtaining prior approval from any person or entity) of a Dealer Person, or could result in an adverse effect on a Dealer Person, under any Applicable Restriction, as determined by Dealer in its reasonable discretion, minus (B) 1% of the number of Shares outstanding.
