Costs of Utilities means all expenses paid or incurred by Landlord for electricity, including any surcharges imposed, water, gas, sewers, and similar utilities services.

Costs of Utilities means all expenses paid or incurred by Landlord, including any surcharges imposed, in operation and maintenance of the Building for heat, light, power, gas, fuel, air conditioning and ventilating, electricity and the cost of electrical surveys, other utilities, including without limitation to temporary or permanent utility surcharge or other exaction, whether now or hereinafter imposed.

  • Costs of the Project means Recipient’s actual costs (including any financing costs properly allocable to the Project) that are (a) reasonable, necessary and directly related to the Project, (b) permitted by generally accepted accounting principles to be Costs of the Project, and (c) are eligible or permitted uses of the Financing Proceeds under applicable state or federal statute and rule.

  • Utility Costs means utility and home energy costs related to the occupancy of rental property (e.g. electricity, gas, water and sewer, trash removal, and energy costs (such as fuel oil)) that are separately-stated charges. Utility Costs do not include telecommunication services (e.g. telephone, cable, and internet services).

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.
