Continuous Employment definition

Continuous Employment and “Continuous Service” means:
Continuous Employment has the same meaning as specified in the Employer’s Terms and Conditions of Employment on the date of signing of this agreement; (emploi continu)
Continuous Employment means the absence of any interruption or termination of service as an Employee with the Company and/or its Participating Subsidiaries. Continuous Employment shall not be considered interrupted in the case of a leave of absence agreed to in writing by the Company, provided that such leave is for a period of not more than 90 days or reemployment upon the expiration of such leave is guaranteed by contract or statute.

More Definitions of Continuous Employment

Continuous Employment means the employment of a worker under an agreement or under more than one agreement where the interval between an agreement and the next agreement does not exceed 28 days;
Continuous Employment means full-time or part-time employment that is uninterrupted except for authorized leaves (e.g., vacation, sick, etc.).
