Consolidated Secured Leverage Ratio definition

Consolidated Secured Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination the ratio of (a) Consolidated Secured Indebtedness to (b) the aggregate amount of EBITDA for the Issuer’s most recently ended four full fiscal quarters for which internal financial statements are available, in each case with such pro forma adjustments to Consolidated Secured Indebtedness and EBITDA as are consistent with the pro forma adjustment provisions set forth in the definition ofConsolidated Coverage Ratio”.

Consolidated Secured Leverage Ratio as of any date of determination, means the ratio of (1) Consolidated Indebtedness of the Parent and its Restricted Subsidiaries that is secured by a Lien as of such date, to (2) EBITDA of the Parent and its Restricted Subsidiaries for the most recently ended four full fiscal quarters for which internal financial statements are available immediately preceding such date, in each case with such pro forma adjustments to Consolidated Indebtedness and EBITDA as are appropriate and consistent with the pro forma adjustment provisions set forth in the definition of Consolidated Leverage Ratio.
