Connection Fees definition

Connection Fees means all deposits, connection fees and metering charges related to the purchase and installation of meters and associated equipment or other similar amounts payable to a Utility to establish or maintain electric service at each Facility.
Connection Fees means those fees charged by City or by a utility provider to utility users as a cost for connecting to water, sanitary sewer and other applicable utilities.

More Definitions of Connection Fees

Connection Fees means all fees and charges, but not including capacity charges, to reimburse the district for its actual costs of connecting a user of water or sewer services to the district's water or sewer system.
